Group sessions and workshops are held for younger children needing some help with relaxation, fear and lack of confidence. They are fun to attend. Activities involve playing with games, objects and colours to teach basic lessons on how to overcome obstacles, better ways to interact with others etc. Age-appropriate and facilitated by suitably qualified and checked supervisor and helpers.
Older children may just need help to overcome exam nerves and performance anxiety for drama and sport. Or there may be deeper issues affecting self-confidence and self-esteem. Hypnotherapy has been shown to be very effective and we offer one-on-one sessions.
The earlier a child has help, the more effective it can be so please don't hesitate. Hypnotherapy and mindfulness can't do any harm and from our experience, children absolutely love attending and get a lot out of the sessions.
